    He has industry experience in Life Sciences, Performance Materials, Consumer Products and Manufacturing, Telecom, Utilities, Finance, and Professional Services where he fulfilled subject matter expert, lead consultant, and project manager roles.

      Business model innovation, innovation strategy, and implementation of new business models take a central position in the projects in which Bas engages. To boost results and spur projects he applies leading frameworks, methodologies and interventions such as workshops.
      All activities focus around realization of new business value and growth.

      Within Capgemini Consulting the Business Innovation Team was founded mid of 2006. The team works daily with the frontrunners of innovation to further improve or enhance their corporate capabilities in this area. Work is done with clients from all types of industries enabling the team to keep a broad perspective, expand thinking and cross-fertilize in the search for innovative solutions.
